Maybe those around BR who don’t support these athletes standing up for what they believe is the cancer. Maybe the unwillingness to treat people of color with respect and dignity has had an impact.

Who in BR or any other college town in the South gets more respect than a football player/star?

Why would a person like Floyd or Blake deserve respect? What is an intelligent person to think when he sees thugs, no matter the color, be made into heros, while their victims are trashed.
What did Blake's Aunt say about her nephew?
Is she a racist?
Respect is earned not granted.
I see past running back that abused women, still has respect by some posters. Did he earn that respect?

I think Obama’s politics divided our country. Trump’s words and actions are divisive.

I wonder if these same people that are mad at Coach O for the Trump thing were mad when he was at JBE's fundraiser during the reelection campaign

They didn’t care, their reasoning only applies one way. There’s certain rules for one side and no rules for the other.

Lol if you actually believe this

And even if he did. It says something about society, not Orgeron, if being courteous to a sitting president is not PC

It’s just a prescribed NPC statement. These people know very little about what they’re repeating.

What happens if Biden wins.
Read the BLM manifesto and decide which problems they wish to solve or exacerbate.

If Biden wins, the democrats will have forgotten about BLM or Antifa by Christmas. They only have a spotlight from the media because of the election. Have you noticed that everything from the public figures and athletes when they talk about BLM or these different situations that have taken place that promoting voting is at the center of it. In general promoting the right to vote is good and should be done. But they only do it in a way pushing ppl in the direction of what they want. If Trump wins the democrats will not give up and will not concede. The riots and violence will only get worse.

Since when was Coach O ever political? By shaking the President's hand and doing a non political interview with Sandra Smith? These crybaby athletes need to stick to what they know. I doubt any of them know a thing about policy and probably couldn't name one Bill of Right.

Joe Burrow got on the Heimsan stage and spoke about poverty in Athens, Ohio. This board cried tears, sent money, and glorified the athlete who used his platform to make change. As soon as an athlete that doesn’t look like you or says something you don’t like it becomes “shut up and dribble”. We get it, you like when white athletes have an opinion, but not so much when they aren’t white.
