I pray that LSU keeps politics, and this false narrative in our country out of sports. The racial injustice crap has been over blown in so many ways. We just want to enjoy football.

Calling players and trying to get them to opt out of the season because Coach O hasn’t went balls deep in the Black Lives Matter movement. Oh and most importantly because he said on Fox that he supports the President. Clark is a piece of shite.

You are right on and here's what I would swap for right here, right now!

I will take a mediocre LSU football team/season if it means that President Trump gets re-elected, Republicans take back the House of Representatives and increase their majority in the Senate which is very possible. Football's important to me, but not at the expense of the futures of my kids. This country is full out bat shite crazy right now. The only way to end the craziness is to win on November 4th.

I believe O continues to recruit extremely well and will get ahead of whatever Ryan Clark tries to do. Ryan's not that smart.

If they destroy interest in professional sports, there will be no high-priced salaries for players.

My interest in professional sports is waning considerably.

That would be amazing. They are paid fairly based on the revenue they generate but reduce that revenue...and down go the big contracts. I'd love to see it. People put these athletes on pedestals b/c they're freak athletes and rich -- how shallow is that? I'm making a big generalization...obviously doesn't apply to everyone. But it's gotten so out of control with the rise and access of social media.
