Maybe those around BR who don’t support these athletes standing up for what they believe is the cancer. Maybe the unwillingness to treat people of color with respect and dignity has had an impact. I’m not anti or prop Trump. But... He’s not a leader. He lacks empathy and traits that would invite unity.

Agree . After Trump wins again . Things will get back to normal. Wrongful accusations against Trump that have no proof of wrongdoing

Where is this reported?

If you alienate the mainstream white American because you actually believe the majority is down with this bullshite, you have effectively killed the NFL.
It costs thousands of dollars for season tickets, parking passes, etc. Let's alienate the group who is more likely to put down the money to buy those things, and let's attract the group who rents their place of residence, lives on nothing but financing and credit, and doesn't have a pot to piss in or a window to throw it out of.

Ryan Clark isn't to blame, he's not making any decisions to play

Anybody who thinks Trump has been bad for the vast majority of the black community is either not paying attention, is misinformed, or is just plain ignorant.

Clark is a blue pilled...look at me, look at me...little bitch.

Hope O cancels him.

I called Ryan Clark a dumbass from personal experience here for years and always got a ton of hate for it. Now in the last year or so everyone sees I was right all along.

Ryan Clark was a bitch when he was at LSU too.

He would never say LSU during NFL games during player introductions but everyone here sucked his dick after he retired up until a year ago. He didn’t give a shite about LSU when he was in the NFL.

Clark is a punk. Always has been. Truth of the mater is this. His career at LSU was nothing more than an average safety. There are 6-7 that I would take over him from the last 20 years.

RC always felt LSU took from him without giving anything in return. There's no other way to describe it. I don't know what it sounds like in his head.

He sees his role as to convince the players the same thing is happening to them. It's the "CFB is a form of slavery" angle.

To any of you young players out there, beware of anyone who wants you to sacrifice something of yours when they do not offer to do the same. Whether that is a preacher who wants you to give for the Lord (who happens to have a nicer house than Bezos) or hanger-ons. Not saying they are all bad, but when they aren't willing to sacrifice anything while asking you to, then just beware.

What LSU gives back to it's players (and students) might not be equitable or maybe it is (I think so). But it does provide something back.

Clark is asking players to sacrifice something they will never get back- time. There's no reset button. Chase only gets one shot here. Who knows, might not regret. Then again he might.

But the question is what is RC giving up in asking Chase to sacrifice at the alter of social justice? Is he providing any return or giving anything up?

Will his employer fire him? Just the opposite.
Does risk losing standing in his social circles? No, this IS his social circle.
Does he lose a season he can't get back? Nope.

So is RC sacrificing anything at all by pushing his agenda and asking players to give up the season to start the movement that LSU does not do enough for BLM/Social Justice? He is risking nothing.

So players- be very wary. Where's RC's sacrifice.

Is Clark still a regular on Moscona's show? I know MM likes to jerk him off every chance he gets - I wonder if he has addressed the Ryan Clark problem as it relates to LSU football.

Where’s the evidence. Seems like a scapegoat to me. I mean I fricking despise Ryan Clark but this seems like a bit of a reach.

It’s one thing that makes our country great. They’re free to voice their opinion and we’re free to disagree with it. Plain and simple.

The only people that don’t get treated with dignity are the garbage that don’t deserve it. Respect and dignity are reserved for those that earn it. That’s a lot of the problem with this participation trophy generation. Life is hard and if you want to be successful you’re gonna have to work for it. Plain and simple and that ain’t ever gonna change.

Are we about to get a feel good speech about unity? Obama, he sure was good at delivering a speech...

That and he already had a beef against O for not offering his son a scholarship. But O didn’t even offer his own son a scholarship. It’s a D1 football program not a charity.
