Per the posted WWL article: “ That lawyer has been identified through phone records as Daniel Patrick Keating, referred to in the indictment as "Attorney A."

BUMP

More Indictments & Settlements

New link with some more info. It's got a bit of everything to how these "accidents" were planned and conducted, dirtbags were runners for pltf attorneys, loans/funding during litigation, and settlement with net amounts.

And people want to continue to argue why auto rates are so high in Orleans

How the hell did they settle that case for 5 million? Was the insurance scared of New Orleans jury pool?

Plaintiff Attorney directs them to some choice physicians who will recommend back surgery and "lifelong care"

Those physicians better be included in this as well.

They need to be jailed along with these lawyers.

Wasn’t there a thread on here recently by a poster who got into an “accident” in New Orleans that was kinda sketchy? Had a bunch of family members of the other driver show up right away and people on here (maybe even OP) suggested it was staged by the other driver.

That was me. All of that did happen but the other insurance already accepted 100% fault because I had complete right of way and they had a stop sign. So if it was a scheme it was a complete failure. I doubt it was though. I think their entire family just happened to live in that neighborhood and came in to either help them or intimidate me into accepting fault on video (which was attempted).

This thread seems like they target 18 wheelers and not random drivers.

Now all 3 other people in the other car in my accident listed themselves as injured according to the insurance adjusters. The air bags weren’t even deployed and they were all outside the car walking around right afterwards. So clearly they were at least looking for a pay day after the fact. But I suppose that got shot to shite when they got stamped at fault. They were quite adamant that I hit them the entire few hours I was stuck there. Even though they ran a stop sign and my car was the one that got t boned. They also seemed to think once you stop at a stop sign it’s fair game to just proceed and everyone else has to yield to you.

I like how the article just casually mentions there’s two more crash mules that have already been killed before this

Sean Alforthish is and always has been a huge scumbag. The witnews who was killed (assassinated) was the main witness against him and his stunt woman girlfriend. Would not be surprised in the least if he had some involvement.

You would need evidence the physicians knew the patient was not involved an accident. I think that would be difficult to prove.
