I played softball like 6 hours later before. I was chugging Gatorade the whole night because I was so exhausted. Somehow went 3 for 3 that night though lol. It's possible...but not recommended to go active stuff the same day.

Cardio okay but stop if you feel dizzy.

I’m never giving blood again. Last time they were like “ooh honey you got that good blood” and preceded to drain like 2 gallons out of me and pulled the red cells out then put the plasma back into me. They got like 2 pints red cells and I got fainting spells for like a week anytime I lifted
If you’re under 30 and pump iron they just sell your blood to old Democrat pedos anyway so they can live longer

I give blood every 8 weeks and I have never had any issues afterwards doing whatever.

I don't see what could possibly go wrong.

In the military (Army), a long time ago, they would pull me from PT (B+ blood they always needed), take the blood and then return me to PT. Of course, I was young.

about 10 years ago in college they had a blood drive going in the student center and I remember a dude who always played basketball ended up passing out like on the courts shortly after giving blood. Do whatever you feel your body can handle, but I wouldn't go crazy man.

CSB I gave blood one day at work around lunch time. I went to rugby practice that evening and nearly passed out during some cardio drills. Was freaking out for a minute, having forgotten I gave blood 6 hrs before. Was scary for a minute, then funny when I realized why. Sat out rest of practice and was fine.
TLDR Take it light.

I played 2 hours of pickup basketball within a couple of hours of giving blood. I ate well and drank citrus juice right after the blood donation.

I never had issues.

I go every 8 weeks at the clinic in Mandeville. I just went 2 weeks ago.

It won't kill you, but you will notice it. If you're in good enough condition to spare a little blood, you're probably able to endure interrupting your training for a day.
