I would take it light and drink more fluids than you normally do. And by fluids I don’t mean Diet Coke

Some people pass out and some people don't. Won't know unless you try. The nurse will tell you not to though.

People respond differently. And it depends on how strenuously you plan on working out. But in general, I wouldn't recommend working out shortly after giving blood. I'd wait at least 12 hours or so.

As long as you're wearing a mask.

I thought being a fig still disqualified you from giving blood

You’ve already worked out and are are giving blood and I’m on my third bowl of captain crunch wearing house slippers. Do you win or do I win?

If you just gave I’d recommend waiting until the afternoon

If you’re giving this afternoon get your workout in now or wait until tomorrow

I wouldn’t. Unless you wanna look like a pussy after reaching for an empty bar and pass out. Then if you die...you just another god damn covid death.

Make sure you help Braxtyn hoists up 500 3 pointers and gets his batting cage workout in after your workout as well.

You’ll know when you drop the bar on your chest.

Take a day off from the gym. Drink water and eat something with lots of iron- like calf liver. You’ll be back to normal in a day or so.

Pretty sure they tell you before you leave to eat a big meal & not to lift anything for a few hours

If you start feeling lightheaded stop which is common sense

Did you get the antibody test?

If you don’t want to breathe sure... I made that mistake once and thought I was going to pass out, but I went for a run in the heat

You'll reopen the vein and get a nice bruise

You can if you want, but there is a decent chance you will pass the frick out

Only thing really dangerous about it is passing out and hitting your head

I'd avoid any kind of workout that involves heavy sweating. When too much water is lost through sweating, blood volume decreases, and your blood volume is already depleted. You're a lot closer to heat exhaustion/heat stroke.
