I'm going to be really interested in seeing which structures stood and which didn't and if the post-Rita construction codes helped.
Kinda like that picture of the beach after Michael where all of the older construction is just utter devastation and there's one recently built little yellow house still standing.
I still say that if I'm that builder, that's all that I print on the front of my business card along with a phone number and then print the name of the business on the back.
ETA: Big white house, not little yellow house.

I figured. I guess Pe-CAHN (like 'open up and say AH') is another option. It really is a word that people pronounce 3 different ways.
