Life after football for former o-linemen is a fickle thing. They were always the big kids and coached to keep on being big. Its not sustainable to remain that way but there's a lifetime of habits to break.

Damn. 31 is extremely young for a heart attack. That's incredibly sad.
It would definitely frick me up if as a player I basically watched one of my coaches die in front of my own eyes

My nephew is a Cajun OLman and he's pretty shaken up. Said they were running from one drill to the next and the poor guy faceplanted. Hate this for those guys. He was a good coach.
