He was a good guy... funny as hell...

Used to play Xbox live with him back in the day.

Knew several of his teammates at State and he was as nice of a guy as there was

This has stunned me ... only 31.... damn.

31 is way too young for a fatal heart attack. Take care of yourselves folks.

Life after football for former o-linemen is a fickle thing. They were always the big kids and coached to keep on being big. Its not sustainable to remain that way but there's a lifetime of habits to break.

Horrible news. Condolences to his family and friends. Way too young to pass away.
As a big guy myself, and only 42 years old, this should be a wake up call for me to lose some weight.

As well as COVID. No sense in putting your life up against preventable risk.

Damn. 31 is extremely young for a heart attack. That's incredibly sad.

It would definitely frick me up if as a player I basically watched one of my coaches die in front of my own eyes

We are ALL renting. Nobody owns anything. This is today’s reminder of that stark reality.

RIP to this accomplished young man.

My son committed to UL on Wednesday. The last message we got from the coaches yesterday was from him. He was a good man.

Just heartbreaking, and I can’t process the grief of that happening during practice. Just tragic.
