$36. I’ll add a little context here. 1800 sq ft , foam home, solar panel set up, don’t recall the actual KWH output. Built and moved in, in 18. I’ve completely bought into foam and solar panels. Prior home averaged $200 Summer and about $150 winter. Recent rates changes may have something to do with it, but I don’t think the difference I’m seeing Is based solely on the recent changes.
ETA. 74 * constant temp setting, forgot about the gas , it’s $20-25ish. Also on Demco , before and presently.

Most recent bill was $98. I keep my thermostat at 72 during the day and drop it to 70 at night.
