I'm anticipating close to $400. That's what it was last July. All this rain has at least helped a little

71 at night, 74 during the day.

The key is humidity control. Can’t get that with older units.

I have an energy tip. Cut off your power completely and save even more!

$36. I’ll add a little context here. 1800 sq ft , foam home, solar panel set up, don’t recall the actual KWH output. Built and moved in, in 18. I’ve completely bought into foam and solar panels. Prior home averaged $200 Summer and about $150 winter. Recent rates changes may have something to do with it, but I don’t think the difference I’m seeing Is based solely on the recent changes.

ETA. 74 * constant temp setting, forgot about the gas , it’s $20-25ish. Also on Demco , before and presently.
