Sorry, am I supposed to care about and be sensitive toward a garbage human being that I’ve never met who died?

Everyone dies. Some people deserve a moment of reverence when they do. Some don’t. He was among the latter.

Maybe he foresaw the 2020 TP shortage and thought he’d try and prevent Auburn from ruining the country?

He was a POS, but RIP.

We have companies legally mowing down rain forests, but yeah he's a POS for killing 2 trees that you can get seeds from Home Depot plant new ones to replace.

Someone's sentimental value on a tree doesn't increase the crime. Was Paul Bunyan on the most wanted list?

So does his family have to repay the rest of the damages to Auburn? Updyke only paid a small fraction of the damages to Auburn.

The heirs to an estate are not personally responsible for the estate's debts. If there are insufficient assets which can be sold to pay the debts, they're simply paid pro-rata with other creditors.

You have to respect his fandom. Something tells me he and the Bear are yucking it up and laughing at Auburn right now.

Are we going to get updated on all of Alabama’s trash fan base that makes the news? What about teabag guy? Or the lady who shot her friend because “she didn’t take the loss serious enough”? This was an embarrassment to the University of Alabama when it happened and it isn’t newsworthy now.
