This guy comes by once a day to pick it up, not sure what he does with it,
Not sure how many will get the near 50 yo John Waters' movie reference.

thats a myth...dog shite is not fertilizer like other types a manure is

Throw it over the fence, before the grass gets mowed. We back a greenbelt, so it decomposes on its own.

My dog mostly does his business in the groundcovering around the edge of the yard, where it disappears and becomes fertilizer. Usually only have to pick up a couple poops from the grass, which I do Wednesday night and toss it in the compost bin.

Scoop it up in a shovel and throw it over the fence, I only have a neighbor on one side of me

Why would I dispose of it? Nature takes care of that for me

You must not have a big dog. My dogs poo would take months to decompose

quote:hobos do that here. Saw people complaining about how a couple miles away there were multiple sitting on the dumpster with their asses in..just letting go. Same for peoples trash cans outside.
I see people scooping it into bags and placing it in their garbage cans. Imagine the smell in that can.
So dogs arent surprising

i have a claw scoop that you squeeze and it opens...i use that to pick it up and drop it in landscaping bushes and heavy groundcover...
i have more bushes and landscaping than grass...i had a lab that on her own decided she would only poop in the lanscaping behind bushes....
had her 16 years and not sure i ever saw her poop.....labs are the perfect dogs.......:)
