So the first pic, where is that?

Also,

I would not consider Mississippi's grand canyon that spectacular

This image you provided omits the copious amounts of tires and refrigerators at the bottom.

Most of those photos are from two small areas of the state. Right?

Can confirm on Indiana. Worked there for 8 months and the best thing I had to do was drink at this brewery down the road from me.

Upland Brewery. It was actually really good.

Mass-of-two-shits needs to be on there somewhere. They’re the rudest damn people I’ve ever met.

There’s a reason the are called Massholes.

Most of the states on your list do, in fact, suck.. but Rhode Island is awesome

Win the lottery... moving to Idaho. Idaho, Western Montana, NW Wyoming is some of the most beautiful land you’ll see anywhere.

I've honestly never been to a U.S. state where I didn't find something interesting or enjoyable.

Take Starkville, MS for example. It's in your #10 worst state, and fits "flat and boring" pretty well, but I remember enjoying that area. There is a casino with a sportsbook nearby. MSU has a clock museum and the Grant Presidential Library. I am sure you can hunt or play golf there if you want.

If you force me to pick a "worst state," though, I guess I'd pick Massachusetts. It doesn't really have much to recommend it other than history, and a lot of that "founding fathers" stuff rings pretty hollow nowadays.

Mississippi is as flat as flat can be

The Delta (or “Toilet bowl of America”) skews those numbers... much of MS is beautiful bluffs and piney hills.

Eastern Oklahoma is really, really depressing to drive through: one casino after another, surrounded by scrubby trees and dirt that may culminate in the ugliest scenery in the whole country. Then you hit OKC, and after that, it's mile after mile of empty prairie. If you're looking for something in Oklahoma, Texas does it better

The frick? I've driven all through Oklahoma and eastern Oklahoma is the only part of that state that's scenic. There's the Ouchitah mountains and parts of the Ozarks mts and foot hills further north. Beavers bend state park in extreme south east Oklahoma is gorgeous. It's about 30ish Miles north of texarkana texas.

Any bottom 10 list that doesn’t have Louisiana in it nor have Mississippi at #1 is invalid

Maybe he meant like “flat on it’s back” like a road kilt possum?

Idaho at #7 was moronic.

Delaware & RI belong along with Indiana, Kansas, Iowa, Nebraska, & Oklahoma.

The Dakotas and then Nevada simply to make ten states as requested but the first seven I named are tourism black holes and the last three are the lowest remaining.

Yeah Eastern Oklahoma is actually really beautiful in most places, but there are definitely some extremely poor towns (usually associated with indian reservations) that are just downright depressing. OKC and Tulsa are both nice cities though. I think the point of living in Oklahoma, at least for me, is that it's cheap to live here which means I can visit fun places with the extra money I save

I'd like to hear more opinions about Nebraska though, as I'm moving there in about a month. So far the reviews have not been stellar...

So you would marry and have sexy times with a fat ugly woman so that the times that you could stray from her would be even more fun?

You don't have to live in a major city to think that Kansas is boring. There isn't even any great natural landmarks either. States that have great natural landmarks include Arizona, Tennessee, Oregon, Utah, Colorado, Florida, Hawaii etc. I can't think of one reason to visit Kansas. There is literally just empty vast plains in Kansas.
