secondly, again, that's a version of Marxism and a rhetoric they have developed to criticize cultures/countries who developed better than others (it uses exploitation between the groups and their alleged superior system has everyone equal and makes exploitation impossible)

What you see is the inevitable result of the New Left Radical campaign that they initiated back in 1960. The New Left Radicals were the "Red Diaper Babies" of the Old Left of NYC in the 1930s.

Their plan all along was to infiltrate, subvert, then control all US mass media, academia, intelligentsia, culture and all three branches of the US Govt, particularly the Judiciary. Indoctrinate the youth, who would then turn on their parents. Open the borders and swamp the USA with new Leftist voters.

"Multiculturalism" is simply one "plank" in the program of the Educational system that the New Left established after they infiltrated and controlled it. There are many others.

What you're seeing today is the result from an infestation of progressive Marxism that's been steadily increasing over the past 50-60 years and now they are emboldened enough to show everyone who they are and what they control. Who are they? What do they control? They are +90% of college and high school professors and teachers, every major movie studio and record label, most of the career bureaucrats in DC, +90% of the MSM....progressivism is so rampant they've even infested the Christian churches.

This. Our multiculturalism was actually working out quite well considering our past. Certainly things can improve, but most people appreciated the fact that they were Americans not so long ago.

Multiculturalism is a tool of the relativists and provides them some advantages in which to push other goals.

But it's not the core of the problem, and I particularly think the rage toward hispanic immigrants you see on here is misdirected (in the context of everything going on at present)
