Society is way too lenient on irresponsible dog owners. Oh yeah, and taking your dog to a restaurant is stupid also.

Eh. Not so much. Especially if you live in a area where people actually get out, walk their dogs, and stop at a local cafe/restaurant that's dog friendly.

there's a couple spots out here i bring my dog and we sit outside and eat, the bitches love him...
And parents can bring there screaming kids in a resturant but i cant take my well behaved dog somewhere.

My Mom would carry her little dog in a shoulder bag everywhere.
She would park Dad in one of the chairs in the shoe department at Dillard’s leaving the dog beside him in the bag. The old man would take a nap,the dog would guard,and Mom would shop.

Depends. I a lot of times don't have mine leashed always. Even off leash though my dog is better behaved than most people's dog on leash and if there are people around is at heel exactly if she was on leash.
What bothers me is people who do not train their dogs to be good dogs and let them run around, yap, and jump on people. There is no excuse for an ill mannered dog (or child).

I don't mind a well trained dog off leash, they behave better than most adults...

I take mine to the park on a leash and if no other dogs are in the park I let it off leash. Take mine to the golf course and let it run free. They are well behaved and don't bother anybody. Restaurants no.
