I don't believe in snitching period though unless he is endangering my family or he violated someone else's personal property rights. Murder someone, abuse someone, etc I'm calling the cops. Drugs...so long as they are very fricking discreet and not dealing out the house. If they are dealing out the house and it's putting my family at risk, we are having a discussion the first time, second time we are talking with a shotgun in his mouth so he gets the point.

I don't hate my neighbors so No I wouldn't go out of my way to snitch on anything unless they are impacting my kids. However if a cop is in front of me asking questions I ain't going to lie...

Not me. A house on a .5 acre. I've called the cops on a neighbor before for thumping their music so loud I have to turn my TV up (with the AC running) just to hear it. I've also called them for a neighbor working on his loud-arse engine at 11pm (no muffler, just straight pipes and revving it like he was at a race).
I don't pay my mortgage to have someone else's shite keep me awake at night. Keep it down or get it shut down, it's not a hard concept to grasp.

Yes. My neighbor is a douche. I've had to call the HOA and Sheriff's department on him. I'm pretty sure he has poisoned my dogs twice, but I can't prove it.
All started from him firing arrows through our wooden fence and into our backyard while kids were playing in the back yard. Happened three or four times before I called the HOA and after multiple attempts on their part to stop it they asked me to call the Sheriff's office. It has pretty much stopped now. In the middle of it the dogs were poisoned twice.
