COVID deaths are disproportionately spiking in Black + Brown communities. Why? Because the chronic toll of redlining, environmental racism, wealth gap, etc. ARE underlying health conditions. Inequality is a comorbidity. COVID relief should be drafted with a lens of reparations.

Not sure what environmental racism truly is, and didn't know wealth gap is an underlying condition.

I'm sure street parades and toddler birthday parties have nothing to do with the spread.

I can make shite up, too.

"Only white people are dying so we should get all the health care and government bailout money."

See? That was easy.

Dark colors absorb more light/heat, so the sun is racist.

They aren't adhering to the stay at home and social distancing policies.

Viruses don't care about race sweetie.

Here in Shreveport yesterday, our Mayor released a map of the hot spot neighborhoods where the covid is most prevalent.. it's all predominantly black areas and the mayor said it correlates to where police have been called to break up large gatherings.

I work in public health, and her overall positions aren't out of step with most clinicians in this field.

They're all dipshits, but it's referred to as Social Determinants of Health, and it's thinly veiled Marxism.

Redlining gave me type 2 diabetes, the wealth gap made me a smoker at 8 bucks a pack or whatever it is, and environmental racism gave me high blood pressure. Now give me muh reparations.
