Nevermind the fact that a true cement plant, with quarrys, boiler etc. Is only 1/2 mile away in midfield.

Democrats will do anything to keep that reliable Black vote. Thankfully, Trump has and continues to make inroads with the Black vote. Will the majority of Black folks vote for Trump? Absolutely not. But, he doesn't need the majority of Black votes to cripple the Democrats.

The argument is dumps, plants, and other items of that ilk tend to be far away from the rich people, in the poorer areas. Since poorer areas tend to house higher percentage of minorities, it affects them more.
It's more a class thing than a race thing, but people always see race.
