Don't get me wrong, I understand the actions that are being taken. But apart of me is kind of scared for the future.
The Government is really flexing and stretching their powers right now. They do it once, they will do it again. With or without a pandemic.

At what point does this type of thing become a privilege and immunities clause issue?
Do the emergency laws actually allow seizures (stops or limits on freedom of movement, etc) based solely on the fact that the person is coming from another state? Generally speaking states cannot discriminate on that basis.
