For me, getting an infection where my tonsils were removed wins hands down. Pain from my broken arm or cracking my head open weren't even close.

Getting cancer in one of my balls and having it removed would be at the top of my list.

I almost died from a ruptured appendix at 13. It was ruptured for almost 2 weeks. That was pretty rough. I spent 90 days in the hospital.

While in the hospital I had to get a chest tube put in to drain fluid from my lungs which also sucked.

I've been lucky enough to never have any serious injuries. The most painful experience of my life was probably a bout with Shingles last year. Good lord did that hurt. It was constant shooting pain through my entire torso, and once the rash showed up it basically added what felt like a significant burn to 1/3 of my back.

The shot between the toes before getting an ingrown toenail cut out.

That shot burned with the intensity of a million trillion suns followed by what felt like someone rubbing ghost pepper into an open wound then covering it up with salt and lemon juice.

Ingrown toenail that got infected. Was supposed to get it cut out the next day but practiced anyway. Someone landed on my toe in baseketball practice the day before. Only time i ever cried in high school sports.
