I’m fairly sure they make sure that things aren’t based on how capable or qualified everyone is but instead how many victim notches they Check off.

Kind of like you should be less concerned that the guy operating on your heart is qualified, competent and careful

And more that he is brown, non-binary and woke.

Apparently you have to be black to be a CDO, a quick Google image search shows they are the only ones either qualified and/or willing to hold those positions

Provide the company with an administrator who is a minority and getting paid the same as white colleagues yet in no position to do damage to the daily business operations due to them not being equally qualified to hold such a position as their white colleagues. In addition, they make the company appear woke to Californian millennials.
