I'm guessing everyone (or at least civilians) was/were required to wear masks. We've seen how far they went to protect the pilots. I couldn't imagine them not doing the same with medical personnel and something to protect passengers from each other. It's not like it's Singapore Airlines where they have mini suites.

Oh 100% they have masks on. But even normally I give someone the stink eye if they are coughing on my flight. There is nowhere to hide from the shite. Even the normal medical masks do little.

Yea, I bet we hear from Honkus that the flight was extremely miserable. I imagine it's hell with a 3 month old in that environment

No doubt, I’m very relieved to hear they are heading home..... I can’t imagine how awful that situation was and especially with the little ones. Prayers answered!

Miserable now, and I can't imagine the stress, but the story of a lifetime. Those kids will be told about this adventure and then retell it themselves until they are old as the day is long.

Come on home, baw.

Wise words to live by. I wish there was a way to calculate the amount of money raised for charitable causes by TD over the years. Has to be well into 6 figures.

Aircraft carrying the Americans will be diverted to March AFRB. Just saw some things come across the local news pages . Not sure if for their safety, or most likely security as this has created a panic among the ignorant, and social media driven local populous.

I still can't get over how positive, upbeat and go with the flow attitude Honkus has had throughout this ordeal, esp with youngins involved. Tip of the hat to you sir. You are legend!!

Yeah, me hating gofundme makes me a Democrat. Like those folks hate handouts for making poor life choices, or having connections in a commie country

That’s just for refueling, right?
Then to Ontario or wherever they rerouted them?

They are doing another health check in Alaska. If someone is suspect they are being left there. (I'd also hope that plane would have a tanker full of hand sanitizer dumped on it as well.)

I’m so confused by this thread. I thought he’d arrived in California earlier. Is he still on a plane and where to?

Yes.
Stopping in Alaska to refuel, then final destination is Ontario, CA.
