Almost everyday. I don't do big shopping trips, just whatever I need at the time.

I have a family of 4.
We make a decent bill about once a month. I go to Rouses for produce/meat/milk/bread about 2-4 times a week for 15-20 bills. I dont like to freeze meat other than fish/shrimp or deer. So I get that fresh over there.

Once a week usually for the big stuff.
Then maybe one smaller trip on Wednesday/Thursday. The smaller trip only happens when I didn’t plan for a certain meal that I feel like eating.
Family of 5.

Nearly 3 times a week for fresh items. "Shopping", once a month
I like buying fresh meats, love good protein in my mouth.

Being from Thibodaux I will never turn away from buying exclusively at Rouses and Bourgeois.
But, the "milk" selection at Rouses stinks. Even at the new one next to Nicholls. We use a lot of coconut milk and creamers, they rarely have any. If they do, they are gone and not restocked. We are better off going to the WalMarts.
Rouses can't be beat on most "sale" items, esp meats.

Family of 4, with 2 teenagers. We go 1-2 times a week. One by trip Sunday morning while everyone else is at church, then usually a smaller trip later in the week.

Once per week. 95% of my groceries are fresh.

Two-three times a week. Single guy, so I love going in and picking up fresh products to cook that night.

I hate shopping, and I meal prep my lunches for the week. I don’t know how people shop that often.

Whenever I go in a store I'm buying enough to fit in the tote baskets. I barely consider it shopping and enjoy it. Bag of rice, beans, couple of bananas, piece of meat and I'm set for two or three days. It's fun on a Saturday afternoon. Now when I see these families in Costco or Walmart buying two push carts of groceries, THAT looks like hell.

We go a few times per week, family of 3.
We normally buy enough meat for a week of meals, but there is always something we need more of, milk, fruit, etc.
I work from home so I don't mind going to the store at all, gets me out of the house for 30 or so minutes.

It's me and my wife. We go once a week. Usually on Saturdays or Sunday after we get home from church.

I'm weird and love grocery shopping, but only if I get there early on Sunday mornings. There's usually only a handful of people shopping on Sunday mornings.

Single, I go probably five days a week. It is less than a 2 minute walk from my place.
