I've met two, Clinton when I was really young. Don't really remember it, but I believe it was for a fundraiser my mom's firm was at.
And W post Katrina.
W is the most charismatic guy I've ever met.
Swag

I met Bill Clinton when I was ten. I actually shook his hand and got his autograph.
There is no telling what he left on my hand

I was good friend with my 12 the grade class president and the key club president. I saw JBE getting a hiho in Hammond once, but he is just governor.

I was within 5' of Big George but we did not speak.

No.
I wrote to Bill Clinton prior to my 5th grade DC trip and he wrote back though.
Flashin' that sweet-arse letter all around at recess basically gave me VIP access to the good jump ropes and first turn at hopscotch.

Met Georger Herbert Walker and Barbara Bush walking in late to an A&M game. They took a picture with us even though they were late for their stuff before the game. Pretty cool to say the least.

Consider yourself lucky. Many threads get repeated within days/weeks. Literally.

I met both Bush and Felipe Calderon.

None.
I'm probably not allowed in proximity.

Got to drive a Suburban in Barack Obama's motorcade in Nashville once. Secret Service dudes strapped up in all the passenger seats. I was only a few cars behind The Beast.
They shut down the interstate both directions at rush hour for us. It was so fricking cool
We also got to pick him up on the tarmac from Air Force One at the local base. Talk about a security search. Those guys searched me head-to-toe with their hands in all the wrong places
High school friend worked on his staff and back then they'd let civilians (usually local politicians/donors) do this. That is no longer allowed.
But we got to meet him and actually shoot the shite with him for 5 minutes or so. Super friendly guy.

Secret Service allows unpaid volunteers to drive in president's motorcade
quote:
Volunteers with no special training are a link in the middle of the fastest, and highest-profile, chain of vehicles in the country. They are cheaper than the Secret Service personnel or local police officers who surround them on the road. And their cargo of lowly staff members and reporters is apparently less precious.
The White House declined to comment on the practice. The Secret Service defended it, saying it has been standard since at least the 1980s. Volunteer drivers “are briefed by the Secret Service agent responsible for the motorcade prior to any movements” about what to do in case of an emergency, like an attack, a spokesman for the agency said.

I've shaken hands with President King Alexander more times than I care to admit.
I've met JBE and shook his hand once when he was running for governor. Looked him dead in the eye, didn't say a word, and proceeded to vote for Vitter a week later.
I married the class Vice President so you could say that I'm Class 2nd Man.
Trump passed by my house after the flood but before he was president.
I sat in my office while Obama visited a site nearby once. Saw and heard the motorcade but never saw him. I wasn't a fan of his but was definitely disappointed I didn't get to see and meet him.

surprised none of the OT ballers haven't come out to say they donated $250k to sit at trumps table for a fundraiser dinner at Lamar Dixon.

That's a super cool story. Really.
I don't care what your politics are - if you get the chance to meet the president of the United States, you take it. For you to get to sit and shoot the shite with Obama while he was president is probably one of the coolest things anyone on this site has done. I'm sure there are other really cool things others have done but this one is pretty damn cool.
