Unless someone parks like a douche bag next to me, then I leave the buggy in front or behind their car hoping the wind blows it into their car

Yes and I make it point to park close to one or right next to one. I don't waste time looking for the closet spot.

Nope, but I earned the right. I was a 98 in High School at Walmart in the late 90s when our town first got a super walmart. I've pushed more buggies than you frickers can count. 98s need buggy work, if they are all neatly in there corrals then they will just send those lazy arse cashiers out there to get them.
