That's not the way any of this works.
Say police investigate a claim of wrongdoing, don't uncover or secure the amount or level of evidence necessary to make an arrest.....they don't then come forth with an announcement of target having been cleared. Just doesn't work like that.

In real world tangible results, what did the IG report accomplish? Is anyone who was a focus on a worse position now than before? There’s a million Twitter and message board theories about what COULD happen but as of today that hasn’t come to fruition.
