Pastalaya, because I can do all the prep work ahead of time and throw it in the oven to cook itself while I watch the game.

Garlic bread, salad
Apps supplied by our guests
Pitcher of French 75 for the ladies
Assorted beers for the guys

Almond cranberry cake w/ vanilla bean ice cream at the start of the OSU-Clemson game.

It's a doubleheader!

I was trying to think of an Oklahoma themed food but it’s all pretty generic. So I decided on a stew. I searched Ree Drummond “The Pioneer Woman” recipes for stew. (she lives in Oklahoma...good enough for me)

Beef stew meat, cooked in beef broth, chipotle peppers in abodo sauce, cummin chili powder and garlic.

Served over pimiento & bacon cheese grits.

Lasagna. Well.. tbh, my wife is cooking it. Not traditional football game fare, but it's REALLY good!! :)

Nothing. We still have a shitload of leftovers. We are working with seafood gumbo, baked turkey, spiral cut-honey glazed ham, cornbread dressing, green bean casserole, yams, and maccaroni and cheese. The only thing I will probably bake is some yeast rolls to go with it, lol. If I do want something for tomorrow's game other than that, I will probably end up going to get some Jerry Lee's boudin cold links and grill that. Gonna be a great day. Geaux Tigers!
