Knocked out a bike and some kind of powerwheel thing last night. Hid it at my parents so I'll grab it after the kids go to bed. Basketball goal last year made me want to start drinking.

FML, I didn't think it could be any harder than a trampoline.

Same here. For the first time in 18 years I can go to bed and relax.

Prayers sent. I’ve been there, brother... twice. The full size one in the backyard was bad. But the mini one we bought my daughter when she was about 3 was pure unmitigated hell. It was like this...

I’m looking forward to when my kids grow up and have their own kids. That way I can go spend Christmas Eve night with them and watch them go through what I went through for them.

I have not. It came mostly assembled. Looks like I just have to do the wheels and some stickers.

This, but because of everything else going on today, I think I might be off the hook until tomorrow. Which is nice since I won't have to do it in the dark, as quietly as possible, and under aggressive time constraints.

It's kind of annoying that usually, not only does that fat diabetic bastard that breaks into your house get the credit for the gift, but he also gets credit for the assembly.

Envelopes with cash and gift cards.

I built bikes and other junk years ago, glad that's over.
