Looked like they had 5lb weights on each ankle. I wouldn’t be surprised if the team had a party last night or have a bit of the flu.
Coach didn’t do much coaching either. Team playing like shite and barely any subs came in until very late. Standing around on offense waiting for something to happen.

Absolutely ZERO effort tonight. They looked like they were at Freds all night last night doing shots. I would have benched the starters and subbed everyone.

we need a big BAD... a couple at that.. they'll improve and ETSU has a good squad this year but I'm thinking NIT at best at this point unless ALOT changes. Not having a true big man is going to kill us in SEC play

Damn, now I'm glad I forgot that they were playing tonight. I don't think there will be too many games where Mays and Days are both really off. Looking at the stats, LSU still had a higher shooting % from the field, from 3 and from the line, but it looks like rebounds and turnovers did them in. Hustling matters.

I like Wade but I think you see a lot similarities with Gentry. Both are high energy guys that lack X’s and O’s Ability. Watch them in timeouts. All you hear is coach talk cliches, “We Need to Hustle...We need more energy....”. You never see either with a Clipboard drawing something up. In critical times you need that. At the same time with this generation you don’t see a lot of fundamentals. The game is mostly up and down, run and gun, shoot a lot of 3’s etc....

I was on record as saying Smart wasn’t nearly the answer at point. It’s the most important position in the college game. We don’t have one it will keep this team at or below.500 at best in league. It is what it is. Better days ahead if these sophomores realize they’re not pro’s and hang around

Noticed that on out of bounds plays as there is no set plays, movement, screens.. even in critical situations. It is just 1-2 break for the ball with no ball screens

Exactly. Unless there is someone on the bench who can play point guard, we have none. When Coach Wade knew that Tremont W. was gone it was his job to get a point guard. Moreover, the best 5 players don't always make the best starting 5. Anyone remember 6th. man, Willie Sims.
