Allman Brothers Band - SUNY Stonybrook - Blue Sky 9-19-1971
You will not find a better example of picking anywhere on this Earth than what brother Duane and brother Dickey managed to accomplish at this podunk Yankee college show.

Happy Birthday to You.
People all over the world have been singing it every day for well over a century.
Camptown Races is another one. Almost 170 years after it was written, people still know the tune and at least some of the words.

You're getting paid to laid track, not dance around like a bunch of Kansas City fag_gots.

Simple Man - Lynyrd Skynyrd
Posted on 12/15/19 at 12:27 am to Samso
Man, Skynyrd is so underrated. Sure, everyone knows all the shite they play on the radio, but some of the "deep cuts" blow the hell out of the standard radio play.
Needle and the Spoon, I Need You, Workin' for MCA, Things Going On....shite, the whole Second Helping album, really.
ETA: There's a bit of keys on Workin' for MCA that absolutely blows my mind. Billy Powell is only behind Rick Wakeman and Garth Hudson in my rock keys pantheon.
