They seem very confident they will get away with it. I hope not

The government agencies’ release of her private texts were designed “to promote the false narrative that Plaintiff and others at the FBI were biased against President Trump, had conspired to undermine him, and otherwise had engaged in allegedly criminal acts, including treason,” according to Page’s lawsuit.
And here we go...
quote:
“Ultimately, [the Office of Inspector General] found no evidence of bias affecting any investigative decisions in the FBI’s Midyear investigation, but the Inspector General’s report, issued six months after the December 12 disclosure, came too late,”Page alleges in the documents.

I'm sure its improper to criminally investigate someone in litigation with the DOJ, right MSM?
Posted on 12/10/19 at 2:04 pm to Bunyan
I'm fairly certain sending those texts on government devices is going to mean her lawsuit doesn't get very far.

I don't believe she has legal custody of those text messages. Those text messages are legally in the DOJ's custody.

What ever would possibly give people this idea?

She was emboldened by Strzok screwing the horse he rode in on.

They were actually so biased Peter Strzok got fired from Mueller's team. How does that happen?

Government phone = public documents

This is a gofundme money grab. It won’t see a court.
Posted on 12/10/19 at 2:18 pm to Bunyan
Of course they will get away with it

That's my first question. Weren't these messages exchanged via at least one government phone?

Hmmm, “Insurance policy”? This won’t go well for her..I think the FBI is so corrupt that they’ll just pay her off so these wounds and what she knows doesn’t get out...

i can see some motion practice but discovery would be a bitch. they wouldn't have to redact information from a civil suit (unless there are some weird regs in the specific statute she's using that defy normal discovery rules)

How will this compare to her role in a coup against the president?

Didnt McCabe try a lawsuit already ? Didnt work out to well for him

This is correct. Anything done on a government system is government property and is to be made available to the public if not classified.

Government employees should have ZERO expectation of privacy when using government furnished equipment. Period.
And by the way. The government didn’t create the biased material. She did.
Shits insane.
