Joe is the best qb we have had, IMO. But he came here at the very moment when: we had a strong o line and super receivers and a great scheme to allow those kids to achieve. Joe will, God willing, win the Heisman in December. BUt a part of that trophy could well be on the shoulders of O linemen and receivers.

Add jersey retired and name on the side of the stadium along with Casanova, Cannon and Stovall.

The 30 for 30 on Joe & Joe bringing LSU out of the stone age and putting on clinics will be glorious.

Coach O is a great story as well, with Jimbo and Herman not up to par.

Damn, I'm going to miss this guy. He's been here two seasons and it feels like it's the end of an era at LSU.

I wish Joe all the success in the world after he leaves LSU. It's been a wild ride and I don't even think the magnitude of it has set in yet.

Whatever happens, I ride with Jeaux!

I wonder if it's crossed their minds to just say frick Ohio and move down to Louisiana?

Would make it very difficult to watch the future #1 pick play for the Bengals next year

...we shall not see the likes of him again for a long long time.....maybe forever.
This.

Enjoy him while we can, because we’re likely to never see another one as good as him. He’s a once in a lifetime talent here.

All other LSU QB’s will be compared to him and those are some huge shoes to fill.

That’s my motherfrickin QB right there. I won’t forget what he’s done here for a very long time.

Everything changed for me with Burrow forever when he took that shot in the bowl game, got up, got pissed and started balling out

Love that guy

Without Kevin Faulk committing back in the mid 90's, LSU would still be like Arkansas is now so I disagree with you

No way. Great RB no doubt. BUT. what saved LSU is now coaching at Alabama.

When it happened in the Auburn game, I said on the Score Board that we should have someone lay him out on the sideline before every game.

He’s among the most perfect quarterbacks to play at this level.

Do you think he would have developed into the same level of QB had he spent those first years at LSU and not OSU.
Joe would have developed himself no matter where he played. Dude has grit and determination that is a rare thing. A perfect storm brought him to this place at this time and he’ll be remembered across the country by a few generations because of it

I also think Joe Brady should be mentioned as well. Burrow would not be having the season he is having without Brady’s scheme.

And Brady wouldn’t be here without O and E.
