He also says the Chargers would switch divisions for the commute so we would get at least a minor reshuffling there too

Miami to the AFC South

Texans would join KC, Denver, & Vegas in the AFC West.

Makes sense. I have been hoping for a way for indy to replace Miami but that move makes sense

I think it would be awesome to have a team in London. I’m definitely in the minority though

Move them to NOLA.

Yulman is larger than StubHub.

This tells me PSL sales are very weak for the Chargers in the new L.A. stadium. This is going to be interesting.

NFL owners are concerned enough about the Chargers’ situation in L.A., where a crowded sports market and the presence of the more established Rams has resulted in a tepid embracement of the Chargers,

Seriously the NFL and commissioner can eat shite.

Let’s blow up a fan base and force football on LA which has proven on numerous occasions to be a shitty sports town, specifically NFL town.

Not even going to go to the questionable officiating bias towards the Rams culminating in the fiasco of a NFC CG.

A team flying to London really isn’t the big deal people make it out to be

100% against this. Now we will have to listen to "God Save the Queen" every dam game that London is in. So we are going to move an NFL franchise clear across the fricking Atlantic Ocean all because Jerry Jones wont "allow" a team in a city like San Antonio. Its an American sport, keep the franchise in America. San Diego, San Antonio, Portland or St Louis....ALL deserve this over London. Imagine the Brits having to accept an American franchise in the Premier League? Yea that's not happening. We shouldn't be expanding outside of the borders in my opinion. Keep the sport American!

An nfl team in London would be a disaster.

They’d have to force guys there in free agency and force them to stay. It makes no sense whatsoever.

I believe the Raiders are still the most popular team in LA.

Glad the NFL saw fit to move the Rams and Chargers there, instead. That plan is clearly paying dividends for the league.

And you wouldn’t have a team in New York in the same division as a team in Los Angeles. I’ve actually been saying what Winston was implying for 5 years or so since this ridiculous London talk started.

Having a division would give those teams 8 home games, 3 divisional away games leaving only 5 other trips to the US that you could do in blocks likely to start the season and before bye weeks. The NFL would likely need to build facilities in the US and Europe for the visiting teams staying over.

Whatever division was playing the euro division would just go knock out it’s two away games in one shot likely before their bye.

The whole thing is stupid but it makes more logistical sense if it was a division than one team that isolated.

You mean St Louis could get a 3rd mostly shitty franchise?

Yippee!

Salt Lake City would be a good place for a new team. Good built in rivalry with the Broncos.

Time zones are a big deal for the early London games.

So what you're saying is their closest road trip would still be longer than any team's potential longest road trip?

They just need to admit they fricked up and move them back to San Diego.

Moving San Diego to London would be an ever dumber mistake than moving them to LA. NFL doubling down on stupid.

I forgot where I read it, but I read that after the next CBA that Roger will most likely retire. I hope like hell that’s true.

Although I hate the Cardinals, St Louis is a good place for them. They got fricked with the Rams.

It’s not so much the flight time as it is the time change.

Michael Mauti was on Pod of Geauxld and this came up. Interesting take for anyone curious.

Ultimately you would need to (at a minimum) bracket one side with a bye week for every visitor and limit the London team to two 4 game US road trips.
