Looks a like a progressive collapse from the top down. It doesn’t look like a crane triggered the collapse.
Guessing shoring failure but who knows at this point.

Would be interested to know what was going on when the collapse happened.
Not sure if they were pouring or loading the structure with material.
It seems more workers would be hurt if there were lots of people working at the time.
