Evidently, just reported by Dana Petrino, the WB first told the story to one of Schiff’s aids. They then told them to Officially write up the complaint. Schiff was orchestrating this from the beginning like most thought

Schiff said he didn’t know about the WB until everyone else but he was tweeting references to it weeks ago in August.

Yep, he was asking why was aid withheld, and setting it up all along while DNI was holding the complaint for executive privilege concerns
