I've spoken with many health professionals, doctors, nurses,EMT's. They all say Narcan was the worst thing to enter our society. Junkies won't learn from being saved form overdoses. They use Narcan as an excuse to try more drugs without fear of dying.

Almost all of the professionals in the medical field I've spoken with all say these people are the most ungrateful people while treating them. They all vehemently deny using Heroin while they're feeling great on the Narcan .

edit to add video of man overdosing on Fentanyl and neighborhood watch administering Narcan.

You should have to get a tattoo after you’ve received it once, to let first responders know that you’ve already burned your get out of jail free card

False.

The homestead exemption is the worst thing for society. At least in Baton Rouge.

Not the worst thing, but it is being improperly used/dispensed. Over 18 and voluntarily consumed a substance, sorry not sorry.

You realize Narcan has been around for a long time?

No shite. Or receive exponentially more jail time for every time it is used.

Isn't it super expensive?

I think we all see fr33manator's picture. Most of us upvoted it.

Hasn't narcan been around since the 80's?

I’m tired of hearing about the opioid “epidemic”

ETA- mostly the bellyaching about how it’s the doctors and drug manufacturers fault
