Did Texas file a Taunting Grievance against LSU?

Coworker told me that the Texas AD filed a grievance against LSU with the NCAA for taunting because LSU flashed the horns down hand gesture. I searched google and twitter, and the only thing i can find is what seems to be a BS twitter account that started spewing it, but no real reporting on it.
There is no way this is true, right? I mean who cares if it is -- but just no way.

The thing is, if your program feels the need to rn around and make hand signs or arm gestures after every play basically taunting the opposition, why should it be considered taunting when the opposition does it in return?
Horns, gator chomp, etc. If you feel the need to do that non-stop, be prepared to have your opponents do it back.

Seems like the school sanctioned threatening a player by firing a cannon through his jersey should break ncaa rules.

The rule was tweaked this offseason, it's not a penalty unless it's done directly toward the opposing players or bench/coaches. Had Clyde turned to the DB who was chasing him and done it in his face, that would have been 15 yards. But he just hit a quick one with the other offensive players, no foul
