I fully expect that when Democrats get back in power they the government will levee a tax on white people annually that will be payed to blacks annually in the form of a tax deduction. That is how crazy this stuff is getting.

My guess is lifetime social security for anybody who isn’t white. They will then go after 401K plans to offset those massive losses.
47 % of our voting population will gladly support this. That leaves just 3% to convince to go along with it.

Working black people pay taxes too,so would they pay themselves?
Would they send us whiteys a bill expecting us to pay?Good luck with that.
Perhaps a free,one way,ticket back to the homeland would suffice for those who feel put upon.

Will never happen because it would violate the equal protections clause of the Fourteen Amendment. You can't tax people based on their skin color. Furthermore, it would be a gigantic legal nightmare because you would be attempting to tax or punish people that are nearly 200 years removed from slavery, many who's families immigrated here post civil war, and most who never owned a slaves anyway.
Edit: one other thing, how are you going to punish people retroactively for their ancestors engaging in an activity (buying and selling slaves) that was 100% legal until the emancipation proclamation?

I'm not paying for something I didn't do to someone who didn't suffer it, makes zero sense and likely implicates the Equal Protection Clause

This may also bring about a civil war. I think the politicians are smart enough to realize this. So they will never actually pass it. They will just use it as a talking point to pander and generate votes.

The Constitutional and logistical roadblocks are insurmountable to a tax only on whites AND to a benefit payable only to Blacks.
They will enact some social program, fund it from general revenue, and perhaps CALL it “reparations.”
