Kuzma is a pf who can't shoot well, can't defend, and doesn't rebound. He is a spark off the bench scorer and that's it.

He's been in the year for two years.
He shot 37% from three as a rookie, attempting 5.6 shots per game in 77 games.
He shot 30% this year taking 6 shots a game, which obviously isn't good.
He was a 30% shooter in his 3 years in college, never shooting better than 32%.

stats would say that rookie year may have been an outlier, but i wouldn't say he can't shoot, yet.

But i agree, he's the least valuable asset they have, and i do'nt want him.

If we got Kuzma in the trade, I'd prefer to just hold on to him. I don't think that you'll get much for him in return, so might was well see what he can do off the bench.

I'm still calling Tatum/Smart/Williams/14th pick/Mem pick

Feels like the Lakers are losing some steam and can't find a star for griffin(though I feel he sent them on a fools errand to beat a Boston package)

Sounds good. However, I am wondering if we will hear (after we trade with Lakers) that Celtics refused to put Tatum on the table.

I think Tatum had to have always been in the deal. Anything else and Griffin wouldn't have given Ainge the time of day. I think the Memphis pick is hard for the Celtics to part with because they know if things go badly next year and AD leaves then they are in major rebuild mode. And that Memphis pick would be crucial to them

A deal will be done and announced by Saturday night

LAL caves and we get Ingram, Ball, Kuzma, Hart and #4

Kuzma and #4 are flipped to someone else

Unless Griffin has always just been using the threat of a Boston deal as a negotiation tactic with Los Angeles. We know Ainge is tired of the Lakers shite as well. He and Griffin could have an understanding that Tatum isn't on the table, but let's continue to be vague about it and seem like negotiations are progressing. Could be why we don't hear anything about a Celtics package.

I want the Boston package, but I would be fine with that.

We can’t let Rich Paul win with a deal to the Lakers. That’s like letting Cersei Lannister win game of thrones. He’s done to much bad stuff.

I just have a feeling Ainge isnt going to truly go ALL in, and itll be more of a Tatum, Smart, #14 he tries to stick to

Was thinking about this today

The only news we get is about the Lakers yet there are 2 teams in the mix here. Plus you can’t blame Demps for leaking stuff anymore
