It would be an interesting match. I don't think Bieber would have the balls to toss out such a challenge unless he's been doing MMA training.
Cruise is older but he's got more muscle mass (and has the opportunity to train in MMA as well), ergo he's stronger.
With the same amount of MMA training I would give the win to Cruise.
