WTF Capital One. Are you a coffee shop or a bank?

Went to get a replacement check card. Spent the entire time trying to figure out if I was at a bank or a hipster coffee shop. Women’s clothing store music blaring too. How do you run bank with no fing desks? I have seen the commercials but kinda thought it was a joke.

Free wifi and good coffee. I will go work from the one near my house sometimes and its great.

As a bank, they absolutely suck. I wouldn't think they are any better as a starbucks.

I have seen the commercials about these "Cafes", but I can't for the life of me figure out how that would work in markets like LA except maybe NOLA. I admittedly do not drink coffee so I may not know the whole concept.

I went into one of their branches last week for the first time in years and that made me laugh. I felt bad for those ladies sitting on little tiny seats with a little arse like 18" table next to them to put papers, etc.
