He was so proud of it he carried it around all day and showed his mom, his sisters, his grandmother...

I got him a little ramekin to put it in and he asked if he could put some neosporin on the bee to 'fix the dead'.

Thought it was cute and so I let him put some neosporin on the bee.

Today I went out back to toss the bee and THE DAMN THING IS ALIVE. At first it was just one leg and now its crawling around the damn table. My 4yo thinks he can 'fix the dead' now with neosporone.

So I'm sitting here trying to work now with a bee on a paper plate with some simple syrup (bee needs to eat right) the bee is enjoying since I don't have bee nectar handy.

eta updated with pic..because why not?

while not aggressive, they hurt worse than a wasp if prompted to sting.

No matter how much you love something, it will always hurt you in the end? Dark, accurate...10/10

Looks like it needs to be dumped onto the ground and stepped on to finish the job, if you ask me

He probably has a new lease on life and who knows, your son finding him may prompt him to get away from the needle...

Why aren’t you marketing your kid? Building a church for him? There’s money in bringing people back from the dead.

And in taking money from people to keep him away from dead relatives.

Once he starts flying again, you should hit him with a tennis racket and see if the neosporin really works
