time to shake this team up - leave beck, petersen & marceaux home this weekend. some position players should be left home including the two week in a row sec player of the week -Smith -
about time that garza took the brace off his arm! he has been big time bust!
time for cpm to slap some people as the southern coach did to his pitcher in the ninth
total effort tonite was 0 %

Idiot, Smith wasn’t PoW 2 weeks in a row. Reid was the Player of the Week before Smith won it for last week.

You’re an example of ignorance on display.

Please explain the advantage of leaving Smith at home. How many home runs did he hit last weekend again?

This is not going to be a popular sentiment, but it's a very average baseball team. The days of gorilla ball is a faint memory, and getting more and more faint every day.

There is also more parity now in college baseball. And baseball has always been the one sport where on any given day, one single player (a good pitching performance) can level the playing field.

Can you explain to me what the first sentence has to do with the second sentence?

And also, can you explain why you punctuate like a 7th grade girl?

Yep

We see it in game 1 of NCAA tournament. The lesser conferences trot out their rested #1, a senior drafted in 2nd round and he tosses a two hitter. Their #2 gives up 5 runs in three innings and they are relegated to loser bracket and their #3 loses. Bye bye little conf. #1 little guy shows up with a change up four years later in world series.

It was a midweek game. Our players were too focused on more important things like getting rested up for the SEC tourney. Sorry to burst your bubble.

Yes there is more parity now, but there is no denying that when we get to regionals, supers, and the CWS other teams players appear to be more physically built than the Tigers.

Baseball is not a game where giving extra effort helps you hit a breaking ball.. focus and approach yes but giving 110% does not help hit the ball.

Baserunning. Defense. Yep effort matters. Not that easy to focus in the mid week games

The in state opposition acts as if it is the final, game of the World Series.

This team is 8 and 4 in the conference and first in the west. Grow up.
