Roe v Wade
Planned Parenthood v Casey
NFIB v Sebelius
Edwards v. Aguillard
Turner v. Safley

None. Well, only the ones they decide to overturn really.

It's a pretty good system, it's not perfect, but it's pretty good. Has the potential to get "better" in the sense of it will stop getting worse or get slightly less worse under another Trump tenure.

We'll see.

Must I want them overturned or would it be OK to think they should have been decided differently? Considerations of stare decisis make the two analyses quite different.

I think that the last 100 years of Commerce Clause expansion was wrongly-decided, but that is WAY more than five cases.
