Lawrence v Texas (reversed Bowers V Hardwick which had upheld sodomy laws)
roe v wade
Coker v Georgia (death sentence for rape ruled excessive)
Regents of the University of California v. Bakke (affirmative action upheld)
New York Times v Sullivan (burden on public figures to win a libel suit is too high)

You agree WITH anti-sodomy laws? They are ridiculously anti-liberty.

What a strange hill to die on. All of these cases increased individual freedom.

No. I think we need should remove every opportunity for businesses, individuals, and super-pacs to purchase their own politicians wherever we can.

Really surprised you didn't include Brown vs Board

It was always you lefties who opposed Brown v Board

IOW Democrats fought desegregation then and are pushing for segregation again with safe spaces, separate Graduations, etc.

Funny how you guys never change!

Wickard v. Filburn is the one case that would definitely get reversed right off the bat.
