Although Japanese Prime Minister Shinzo Abe does not want to confirm whether or not Donald Trump has been nominated for this year’s Nobel Peace Prize, the issue seems already settled in a positive way by two Norwegian parliamentarians. Trump is a candidate for the highest award given by the Norwegian Nobel Committee for his efforts for detente and peace on the Korean peninsula.

No fricking way he wins a Nobel peace prize. Those that are in charge of that are ultra liberals that believe in full globalism.

Globalists are United in "getting trump", since trump shits on their globalist ideals. They have to constantly portray him as "worse than Hitler".

What a joke. Trump accomplished zilch on the Korean peninsular other than to bad-mouth our ally, South Korea and make the despotic murderer Kim Jong Un look like a statesman on the world scene. North Korea ain't giving up its nukes or missile program just because big baby Trump says they are. Anybody who actually believes it are incredibly stupid or naïve, or both.

Japanese Prime Minister Shinzo Abe was asked by WH to nominate Trump for Nobel Peace Prize. Maybe this happened, but Trump is wayyyyy more deserving of Peace Prize than that war monger Obama.

I know God is great, but is he so good for this to actually happen. If he won the Nobel Prize, the following melt would be something so glorious, I'm not sure the world has ever seen something like it.

I said it when Obama was nominated and eventually won and I'll continue to say it now.

The Nobel Peace Prize is a useless symbol of false achievement and fabricated recognition.

Right up there with the Oscars.

Right now there are 304 nominees for the peace prize.

Let Trump debate them all.

If the benchmark for a Nobel Peace Prize has become “getting elected POTUS,” he certainly deserves one ... and Obama seems to have established that standard, since he did nothing else.

If the standard is something resembling “actual peace,” get back to me when NK has denuclearized or at least signed some sort of enforceable international agreement.

One can certainly argue that he has reduced tensions on the peninsula and in adjoining areas, but that is a low standard for a Peace Prize.
