Asking for a friend.

ETA: I meant to find cougars. I am not a cougar.

Go to the River Oaks area bars or go downtown to some of the nicer hotel bars around discovery green. I always find, in any city, the nicer hotel bars are where it’s at.

Maybe City Center over in Memorial? Is that area still cool?

I agree with the comment on hotel bars downtown.

To OP, there is no shame in cougars. If anything, they are easier and more fun. You just don't want to marry them.

I have been told the original Carrabbas on Voss is cougar central. Don't know how accurate that is.

I agree with Armando’s on Thursday night. The restaurant moves all the tables out to make a dance floor and they have a DJ playing disco music and it is packed with groups of cougars and milfs dancing and hardly no dudes except some drunk AF old farts. It gets packed and takes forever to get a drink so sneak in a flask.
Another good option is the bar at Steak 48 in River Oaks District any night of the week except Monday.
