Easily California, New York, and Obamaland (Illinois).
The messed up shite those places do and their politicians are helping destroy America from within.

Florida is doing incredibly well. Anyone from Miss, LA, Alabama talking trash about Florida is hilarious. There is a reason we are one of the biggest tourist destinations on Earth. Far better state than any other SEC state but Texas

Louisiana. I just drove through a parking lot that is fed from a fairly large intersection in Lafayette that had so many fricking potholes in hit I felt like I was driving off-road.

That sounds nice and dandy, and then you examine Louisiana's political landscape and slowly walk away with your head hanging.

Louisiana. It blows my mind how much better infrastructure is outside the state, how blatant political corruption isn't prevalent, and how much cleaner other states are.

That state has more money than most countries
They are trillions in debt, and will never be able to pay off their pension obligations. That's rich????

We don't rank last in overall fiscal condition
That would be Illinois.
Illinois only has $28.8 billion of assets available to pay bills totaling $244.9 billion.
Despite high taxes, the debt is $50,800 per person

Illinois is a trainwreck. I work with people who pay five and six times in property taxes than I do. I'd have to get a part-time second job to pay for it.
Never mind that the state is in junk bond status.

Louisiana, the Dakotas, Mississippi, West Virginia, and New Mexico.
The opposite = Texas, Colorado, and Georgia.

Are we pretending California doesn't have some of the country's most significant fiscal and infrastructure problems?
Posted on 1/17/19 at 2:33 pm to TigersHuskers
AS a state , Florida functions petty well, it's just that it attracts a lot of fricked up people. Louisiana does not function, at all.

Louisiana improved in a couple of categories, is obesity covered under another category?
