Well, Texas Judge is right. The Mandate is unconstitutional, but didn’t they argue at the Supreme Court that it wasn’t a mandate, but a tax?

It means that it will be overruled, the same 5 justices that ruled the mandate constitutional are still there.

To boil it down to a simple level:
In his original ruling Roberts said that the Constitutionality of the whole thing hinged on the individual mandate being a tax.
Congress got rid of the individual mandate/tax.
Therefore by his own ruling Roberts should now say that Obamacare is now unconstitutional.
We shall see if he follows his own ruling.
Also, one of the few things the Jeff Session DOJ did right was to abandon the defense of the ACA but of course the left was generally horrified.

ObamaCare was always a disaster and it sucked for both employers and people....however the Blue Crosses of the world loved it. Without the mandate it was absolutely a useless shitpile Good fricking Riddance.
